Introduction
Enfin Technologies is a software development company that specializes in creating highly scalable webinar and video conferencing platforms. In this case study, we will explore the development of a webinar solution for a client called “Tokbird” based out of the USA. The client needed to build a platform that could compete with other leading industry players and required a solution that was highly scalable and capable of supporting large numbers of users in a single session.

Tokbird Inc is a US-based company that provides webinar and video conferencing services to enterprise businesses. They needed a platform that could support large numbers of users in a single session and be able to compete with other leading industry players. Designing and developing a scalable and secured WebRTC based Webinar platform
Enfin Technologies’ business analysts conducted a thorough requirement analysis, and the UX team conducted user research to understand the end-users’ needs and preferences. The solution architects designed a scalable and secure platform using MERN Stack, Wowza, and WebRTC technologies. The development team followed the Agile development process and developed the front-end and back-end using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. They integrated Wowza and WebRTC to enable real-time video and audio streaming and communication. The platform was deployed on the client’s servers, and Enfin Technologies provided continuous development and support to ensure that the platform remained reliable and met the client’s business requirements.

They were able to sign up bigger deals with companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Staples, and HP.
