Rafiky is a service sector company that offers remote simultaneous interpretation services, allowing people to communicate with individuals from around the world. They have a network of highly professional and experienced multilingual remote interpreters, and their platform enables real-time interpretation in any language.
Goal
The goal of Rafiky was to develop a video-based conferencing solution with a remote interpretation feature. This solution would empower attendees to participate in meetings and webinars from anywhere in the world while providing them with the option to listen in their preferred language.

Empowering multilingual webinars on Microsoft Teams, Android, and the Web
Enfin took on the project and built the Rafiky application on Microsoft Teams, Android, and the Web. The application incorporated separate user views and features tailored to presenters, attendees, interpreters, and administrators. The webinar application encompassed various functionalities, including HTML5 presentation sharing, language translation with support for over 100 languages, public and private chat, and more. The interpreters could easily initiate the interpretation of audio with just a few clicks, while attendees could listen to webinars in their chosen language.
