Proven Therapy is a leading mental health counselling company in Ireland, providing a wide range of services to help individuals navigate the complex challenges of mental health and well-being. With over 30+ therapy clinics spread across the country, Proven Therapy has established itself as a trusted provider of counselling services in the region. They also provide online mental health counselling and therapy services to users globally, utilizing a team of over 250 psychiatrists and counsellors, each with expertise in different categories such as career counselling, family counselling, and mental health counselling, to serve the unique needs of their clients. With a significant user base of over 100,000 individuals, Proven Therapy aims to provide high-quality counselling services to as many people as possible.
The Challenge
Proven Therapy needed a scalable and robust platform for their LIVE video counselling services that could handle a large number of simultaneous users and provide high-quality video and audio communication. They were also looking for features such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, and counsellor onboarding to make the platform efficient.

Our Solution
Design and development of a scalable and robust LIVE video calling platform
Our business analyst team conducted a thorough analysis of their current systems and processes, as well as their business requirements and user journey. This helped us to identify the key functionalities that the platform needed to include, such as real-time video and audio communication, user registration, appointment scheduling, patient and counselling records and payment processing.
Once we had a clear understanding of the scope of the project, we began to design and develop the platform. We used a variety of cutting-edge technologies, including WebRTC and WebSockets, to ensure that the video and audio communication was of the highest quality and that the platform was able to handle a large number of simultaneous users.
