Tokbird is a US-based company, providing webinar services to large enterprises for more than 12+ years. They were using multiple platforms for conducting webinars and were looking for a single platform that can help them to reach more clients.
The challenge
Tokbird was using multiple solutions to conduct webinars and most of them were legacy platforms. Since most of their legacy solutions are outdated, they were looking for a single scalable and reliable browser-based HTML5 solution with advanced features.
Goal
To create an enterprise-level webinar solution that can scale up to thousands of users in a single session. The system should support interactivity in the presentations and advance features like language translation to overcome the language barrier. AI-based speech to text feature is also required to conduct webinars in various regions.
Solution
Enfin developed a reliable and scalable webinar solution using WebRTC that can scale up to thousands of users. The application has various user roles like Host, Presenters, Experts, Attendees & Administrators. The application also has an intuitive scheduler system, which helps the administrators to create webinars in some clicks. The Webinar application has various features like HTML5 Presentation sharing, Speech to text, Language translation with support of 100+ languages.
