Overview
Tokbird is a US-based company, providing webinar services to large enterprises for more than 12+ years. They were using multiple platforms for conducting webinars and were looking for a single platform that can help them to reach more clients.
Problem faced
Rafiky wants to take advantage of RSI, Remote Simultaneous Interpreting, by using electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops or computers. They were looking for a development partner that has experience in developing video-based webinar solutions with remote interpretation facilities.
Goal
To develop the video-based webinar solution with the remote interpretation feature, so that event attendees from any part of the world can join the webinar and listen in their native language.
Solution
Enfin developed the Rafiky application in Microsoft teams, Android, and Web. There are separate user views and features for presenters, attendees, interpreters, and admin. The Webinar application has various features like HTML5 Presentation sharing, Language translation with support of 100+ languages, public and private chat, etc. The interpreters can simply start interpreting the audio in a few clicks and attendees can listen to webinars in the language they chose.
